Razorback Pressure Washing is a locally owned exterior cleaning company based in Fayetteville, Arkansas. We work across Northwest Arkansas — Fayetteville, Bentonville, Rogers, Springdale, and the smaller towns in between. We started this company because we got tired of seeing homeowners and property managers chased out of the quote process with vague pricing and sales pressure. We do things the opposite way: walk the property, explain what your surfaces actually need, give you a clear number, and get the job done right.

Our crew runs both pressure washing and soft washing equipment, and we pick the right one for the surface. Concrete driveways, sidewalks, and patios get a proper surface cleaner so you don’t end up with stripe marks. Vinyl siding, brick, stucco, and Hardie board get low-pressure soft washing with a cleaning solution that kills algae, mildew, and the green biological growth that loves Ozarks humidity. Wood decks and cedar fences get the gentlest treatment we can use while still getting them clean — high pressure on wood causes furring and long-term damage, and we won’t do it.

We’re fully insured, which matters more than most homeowners realize. If an uninsured washer damages your siding, cracks a window, or injures themselves on your property, you could be the one holding the bag. We carry commercial general liability so you don’t have to think about it.
