RPW Razorback Pressure Washing

Pressure Washing in Fayetteville, AR

Northwest Arkansas weather is rough on exterior surfaces. Between spring pollen, summer humidity, fall leaf drop from Ozark oaks and maples, and the hard-water mineral staining you get on concrete from a lot of local municipal supply, surfaces build up grime fast. Pressure washing done right — with the right nozzle, the right pressure, and the right detergent — pulls that buildup off without damaging what’s underneath.

Razorback Pressure Washing handles general pressure washing for homeowners and commercial properties across Fayetteville and the rest of NWA. We use commercial-grade equipment, but more importantly we know when to back the pressure down. High pressure on the wrong surface — vinyl siding, cedar fencing, soft stone — causes damage you’ll be paying to fix for years. We train on surface selection first, pressure second.

Typical jobs we handle: driveways, walkways, patios, retaining walls, stamped concrete, brick, pavers, storefront sidewalks, dumpster pads, and exterior steps. For house siding and roofs we switch to soft washing — see our house washing page for details. Either way, you get a clean result and no surface damage.

Frequently asked questions

Will pressure washing damage my siding? +
It can, if done wrong. High pressure on vinyl or stucco can cut through the surface and force water behind siding. For siding we almost always use soft washing instead — low pressure with a cleaning solution. Pressure washing is better suited to concrete, brick, and similar hard surfaces.
What's the difference between pressure washing and soft washing? +
Pressure washing uses high water pressure to blast dirt off hard surfaces. Soft washing uses very low pressure and a cleaning solution that kills algae, mildew, and mold at the root. We use both — matched to the surface.
How long does a typical pressure washing job take? +
A standard residential driveway takes around 45–90 minutes. A full-exterior house cleaning with driveway and walkways is typically 3–5 hours. Commercial jobs vary.
Do I need to be home? +
Not for most exterior jobs. We just need water access (an outdoor spigot) and for gates to be unlocked if we're cleaning a backyard.
Do you use my water? +
Yes, we hook up to your outdoor spigot for most residential jobs. Water usage is modest — a typical job uses roughly 100–200 gallons, about the same as a long shower or two.
