Estimates and pricing

All estimates are provisional until a walkthrough is completed and work is confirmed. Pricing shown on this website is a typical range and is not a binding quote. Final pricing is subject to the size, scope, condition, and access of the property or surfaces being cleaned.

Service performance

We use professional equipment and industry-standard methods appropriate to the surface being cleaned. While we take care to protect landscaping, windows, and adjacent surfaces, Razorback Pressure Washing is not responsible for pre-existing damage, loose siding or boards, failed caulk or seals, or conditions the customer does not disclose prior to service.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Arkansas law, our liability in connection with any service is limited to the amount paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Washington County, Arkansas.
