RPW Razorback Pressure Washing

Concrete Cleaning in Fayetteville, AR

Concrete picks up a lot of abuse in Northwest Arkansas — oil drips, tire marks, algae and mildew from tree cover, oak tannin from leaf drop in the fall, iron and rust staining from our hard water and iron-rich soil, and general grime from years of use. A proper concrete cleaning brings most of it back, sometimes dramatically so.

We use a surface cleaner for all flat concrete work. This is the spinning-head attachment that moves at an even speed across the surface and delivers consistent pressure across the full width of the pass. It’s the difference between an even, uniform finish and the zebra-stripe pattern you see when someone cleans a driveway with just a wand. For edges, expansion joints, and along house walls, we follow up with wand detail work so nothing gets missed.

Razorback Pressure Washing cleans driveways, sidewalks, patios, pool decks, garage floors, and stamped concrete across Fayetteville, Bentonville, Rogers, Springdale, and the rest of NWA. We pre-treat oil stains and rust where we see them, and we’ll always tell you up front what’s likely to come out and what’s permanently set. No overselling.

Frequently asked questions

Can you get oil stains out of my driveway? +
Most of them, yes. Fresh oil comes out easily with a degreaser and hot water. Deep-set oil that has soaked into the concrete for years may lighten but not disappear completely — we'll tell you honestly what to expect before we start.
What about rust and hard-water mineral stains? +
NWA has hard water in a lot of areas and iron-rich soil, so rust staining on concrete is common. We use a rust-specific treatment that pulls most of it out. Results vary depending on how long the stain has set.
Will pressure washing damage my concrete? +
Not when done properly. We use a surface cleaner (a spinning head that moves at a controlled speed and consistent height) which delivers even pressure and prevents the zebra-stripe pattern you see from amateur jobs with a wand.
Should I seal my concrete after cleaning? +
Sealing extends the time before things look dirty again and blocks oil and water penetration. We can quote that as an add-on. It is not required — plenty of homeowners just do a clean every year or two.
How often should I have my driveway cleaned? +
In NWA we recommend every 12–24 months. Driveways under tree cover (oak tannin staining, algae, leaf-rot marks) need it more often than open ones.
